If a repair should be necessary to your valuable equipment at some time or other, then we handle the repair work quickly and professionally..

Typical procedure for handling a warranty claim:

1.	Acceptance of warranty inquiry
2.	Decision on the further procedure: - Cooperation with local workshops and service partners.. - Or: Repair by the customer’s service team in line with ourn instructions. SCHOPF supplies the necessary information and spare parts. - Or: Visit at short notice by a SCHOPF service engineer for further appraisal or repair. All measures in this respect are always agreed upon directly with the customer.
